Nov 27, 2012 · Not liking the side effects on Propranolol ER 60mg after a month, (sleep issues primarily) decided to twist open the capsule and remove a little each day. Every couple days I remove about 5 more of the granules. So far, no major issues. Down between 25 to 30% now. 3 years of symptoms, need advice. 22M, ~140lbs, 5'10, Caucasian, Myriad of issues, anxiety (not diagnosed with any physical issues), propranolol 20mg & zoloft 50mg, don't drink/smoke/drugs. I've been having issues for around 3 years and I really need advice on what to do next.
